Overview:
We are a fast-growing National construction company specializing in residential investor fix and flips. We're hiring an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple projects. You will also manage your role with a team of two assistants. The office is in Woodstock Ga. You will be required to be at office daily and also visit job sites.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple residential flip projects from start to finish.
Oversee schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Lead a team of two assistants and coordinate with subcontractors.
Serve as the primary contact for investors, providing progress updates.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience managing residential flips.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
Bi-Lingual A Plus
Tech Savvy
Newer Laptop
Ability to go to job sites and walk properties, not daily but will be required
Ability to review pictures/videos of projects to assist with quotes
