Quickflip Construction, A National Home Renovation Company focusing on working with Investors delivers high-quality construction projects with a focus on client satisfaction and repeat business. We seek a strategic leader to oversee our project management division and drive customer retention. You will work directly with ownership in one of the fastest growing construction companies based out of Atlanta Area.
Position Overview
The Director/Head of Project Management and Customer Success will lead a current team of 6-10 senior project managers and customer success staff, optimize project delivery, and maximize client repeat hire rates. Reporting to the founders this role will scale the division for growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Team: Manage, mentor, and hire for a team of 6-10, scaling team as company grows. Shadow PMs to ensure quality.
Oversee Projects: Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Standardize processes.
Drive Retention: Boost client repeat hires through strong relationships and excellent service.
Strategize: Align division goals with company objectives, manage budgets, and track KPIs.
Improve all processes
Qualifications
8+ years in project management, 3-5 years leading teams of 6+.
Proven success in client retention and team management.
Expertise in construction project management methodologies
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s/MBA preferred). PMP or similar certification is a plus.
Experience in scaling a business
Ability to oversee 30 new incoming renovations monthly in the atlanta area and other markets
Preferred Qualifications
Experience scaling teams in construction or related industries
Knowledge of customer success strategies for repeat hires.
