We are licensed general contractor looking for a commercial construction crew willing to travel for a gas station renovation project in Lebanon, TN. Job will involve demo, framing, concrete, sheetrock, paint, tile, ceiling grids, ceiling panels, ect. Most of the work will be at night so the store can remain open during the day. This will be a 4-5 week project with a tentative start date of July 16th. We pay for material, lodging and per diem.
Commercial renovation experience is a plus, but experienced residential remodelers could handle the scope of work. Crews with general liability and WC insurance preferred.
This is a one time project, but crews that are willing to travel could be used on other projects in Atlanta and around the Southeast.
