Small Gainesville GA law firm has a need for a family law paralegal. MUST be able to handle all aspects of family law cases including but not limited to:
Preparing DRFA, CSW with thoughtful analysis
Preparing all basic pleadings (with some attorney input)
Conduct discovery (with some attorney input)
Ensuring proper filing of pleadings
Ensuring proper service of process
Interacting with clients in a professional manner that reflects well on firm and provides clients with top notch professional service
Manage and meet deadlines
Have the ability to successfully navigate local rules in various counties
MUST be able to provide verifiable references upon request. Character of the applicant is very important.
Firm has two office locations with the main office located in Gainesville GA.
