Corporate Paralegal - In House

National company is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join their team in Atlanta. This is a permanent, direct-hire position in an organization where employees stay for years.This Corporate Paralegal will join a successful and friendly team and will be responsible for contracts, corporate governance and corporate transactional matters. Responsibilities will include:Primary responsibilities are with contracts management: drafting, editing, redlining, negotiating and managing renewalsPerforming research and due diligenceAssisting with corporate formations, mergers and acquisitions and dispositionsDrafting and filing Articles of Incorporation, UCC financing statements and other related documentsMaintain corporate records, minute books, annual reports and consentsTo be considered, Corporate Paralegal must have extensive contracts experience and at least 6 years of experience as an in-house paralegal.
