Responsibilities
Assist attorneys in all phases of the pre-lit and litigation process, from case inception to trial and post-trial procedure.

Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
Review and analyze documents for accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
Organize and maintain case files, including electronic filing systems.
Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather necessary information.
Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness lists.
Provide administrative support to attorneys, such as scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
Qualifications
Paralegal certification or equivalent preferred
Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
Proficient in document management systems and legal case management software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in data entry and computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Previous experience working in a law firm or legal department preferred
Spanish speaking preferred
