An established and growth-oriented organization is seeking an experienced legal professional to support complex property acquisitions and related transactional matters. This position centers on coordinating with legal counsel and third-party partners to ensure the seamless execution of high-value real estate deals. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, can juggle multiple transactions, and brings deep familiarity with real estate closings and contract management.Key Responsibilities:Act as the central liaison between internal teams and external legal advisors to move deals from initial structuring through final closing.Manage and collaborate with third-party service providers including title insurers, surveyors, environmental consultants, and brokers to maintain deal velocity.Draft, edit, and organize key legal and transactional documents such as purchase agreements, lease files, closing checklists, and due diligence summaries.Oversee and interpret reports and documentation related to zoning, land use, environmental impact, title exceptions, and corporate entities.Ensure all project milestones, deadlines, and contingencies are properly tracked and communicated across relevant stakeholders.Assist in forming and maintaining legal entities and ensure transactional compliance with corporate policies.Organize and archive legal documentation associated with each transaction for regulatory and internal audit purposes.Support legal and acquisitions teams on varied operational and project-based legal initiatives.Qualifications & Experience:Completion of a paralegal certification with an associate's or bachelor's degree or a JD5+ years of legal support experience within the real estate sector, including exposure to acquisition, financing, and leasing processes.Demonstrated experience with document review, closings, and coordination among external counsel and internal business units.Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills with a commitment to deadline management.Tech-savvy with proficiency in standard productivity tools and document management systems.For consideration jsilva(@)adamsmartingroup.comAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
