One of our favorite law firm clients is seeing a Litigation Paralegal to join a successful team whose cases include a variety of commercial litigation matters. We are seeking a paralegal with at least five years of experience with state and federal matters.Responsibilities of Litigation Paralegal will include:Performing researchCommunicating with clients and other involved partiesHandling files through all phases of litigation and trial preparationDrafting pleadings, motions and other legal documentsAssisting with discoveryPreparing trial binders, and preparing and indexing exhibitsInterviewing witnesses and preparing witness testimoniesAssisting with the preparation of court proceedingsMaintaining files and databases, organizing case filesAssisting in other related areas and with special projects as neededTo be considered, paralegal candidates should have at least 5 years of experience as a billing paralegal and strong technical skills including MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
