Growing firm is in need of an experienced Immigration Paralegal. Must have at least 3 years of experience in removal defense and family based immigration. Must also be bilingual (Spanish).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must have 3+ years working experience as an immigration paralegal in a fast-paced removal defense immigration environment
Removal Defense Experience
Filing of motions in immigration court, to include but not limited
- Motions for Bond
- Telephonic appearances
- Filing of applications with the immigration court
- Preparing for Individual Hearings
- 42B applicaitons
- U-Visa Applications
- Asylum Applications
Must also have experience with family based immigration with knowledge of I-130, I-485 applications, waiver applicatons and consular processing.
Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and a document management system.
Outstanding case management and organizational skills are necessary
Successful candidates will possess strong business writing skills, and will value attention to detail.
