We are seeking skilled and dependable technicians to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of game machines at customer locations across multiple out-of-state regions. This field-based role is ideal for technically inclined professionals who take pride in delivering high-quality service, operating independently, and representing our company with professionalism. Comprehensive training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Install, service, and maintain game machines at customer sites in accordance with company standards
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and mechanical issues in a timely and efficient manner
Perform routine preventative maintenance, including cleaning, inspections, and software updates
Safely transport and maneuver equipment weighing up to 300lbs using appropriate tools and equipment
Operate box trucks and/or trailers as required for equipment delivery and installation
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, providing exceptional service and support
Accurately document all service calls, maintenance tasks, and repairs using company systems
Travel regularly within assigned territories, with potential overnight stays
Qualifications:
Strong mechanical or technical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting skills
Ability to lift, move, and transport heavy equipment safely
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
Prior experience in field service, technical repair, or equipment installation is preferred but not required
