We are a rapidly growing software gaming company based in Georgia, focused on developing and supporting innovative gaming experiences through our proprietary game software and machines. Our operations span across multiple states, where we deploy, maintain, and service our gaming systems at customer locations. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled and reliable Game Machine Technician to join our team on a contract basis. This is a field-based role requiring extensive out-of-state travel (up to 90%).

Position Summary

As a Field Service Contractor, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining gaming machines across various locations. This position demands a high level of independence, technical skill, and the ability to travel frequently and adapt to varying work environments.

Key Responsibilities

● Install, troubleshoot, and maintain coin-operated gaming and amusement machines

● Diagnose and repair issues related to internal components, wiring, and software

● Perform board replacements, system resets, and software updates

● Keep detailed service logs and follow company procedures and checklists

● Communicate professionally with business owners, managers, and internal support staff

● Travel extensively across state lines with flexibility for short-notice assignments

Requirements

● Prior technical background preferred

● Understanding of hardware and software diagnostics

● Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy equipment

● Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

● Must be willing and able to travel frequently (up to 90% of the time)

● Reliable, organized, and able to work independently as a contractor
