About the Role:
Are you a skilled handyman or contractor looking for steady work with competitive pay? Join our team as a Property Preservation Subcontractor and help maintain and secure vacant or distressed properties in the Atlanta area. Key Responsibilities:
Property Cleanouts: Remove debris, trash, and abandoned personal items.
Landscaping & Maintenance: Lawn care, snow removal, and seasonal upkeep.
Property Securing: Board up windows, replace locks, and repair doors.
Winterization: Prevent freezing damage by winterizing plumbing and HVAC systems.
Minor Repairs: Handle basic repairs in roofing, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
Inspections & Documentation: Assess property conditions and submit detailed reports with before/after photos.
Timely Completion: Ensure all work orders are finished by deadlines.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Own necessary tools and equipment (ladders, power tools, lawn equipment, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Valid SSN, EIN, or business license (ABC Number)
