Job Description:
As a Line Cook at Tom, Dick, and Hank, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to our menu standards, ensuring quality, taste, and presentation. This is a full-time position that requires availability for evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items to perfection, following recipes and presentation standards.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a high level of quality.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and optimal kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
- Assist with inventory management and stocking of supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
