Facilities Maintenance Technician -Commercial Real Estate

The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance and performance of the managed property portfolio throughout Tampa/Clearwater/ Florida. He/she is expected to a perform/supervise tasks related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, security, environmental and safety. He/she must also maintain systems and equipment through preventative maintenance; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts.
