Wanted: Experienced Maintenance Technician- Multifamily- St. Pete

We are accepting applications for a Full- Time Multifamily Maintenance Technician for immediate hire. Working knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting and overall maintenance skills required. Hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Candidate must be self- motivated, have the ability to work independently, communicate effectively, be detail oriented and have a positive attitude. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders and work at heights above ground level, be able to operate a variety of hand and power tools, including drills, power washer and other tools used in maintenance and have knowledge of methods, materials and equipment regularly used in custodial, maintenance and repair work. Must have reliable transportation. Some local travel by personal vehicle is occasionally required.
