We are looking for a Maintenance Technician at a beautiful community in Dunedin! This candidate will need to be HVAC Certified and have previous experience as a Maintenance Technician. This is a full time position, Monday thru Friday, which does require On-Call/7 days s week every other week. Professional Management Company with great pay, paid time off, Health Insurance and 401K.
