Position Summary: We are in search of dynamic and enthusiastic Solar Sales Representatives to join our team. You will play a key role in educating homeowners about the benefits of solar energy, customizing solar solutions to meet their needs, and driving the sales process from start to finish. This is a performance-based role with significant earning potential, typically ranging from $100,000 to $200,000 in the first year.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with potential customers to discuss their energy needs.

Present Purewatt Solar's products and services through both in-home and virtual consultations.

Develop and deliver tailored solar proposals and quotes.

Follow up on leads and nurture client relationships to ensure high conversion rates.

Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to contract completion.

Work collaboratively with the installation team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Stay informed about industry developments, solar technologies, and government incentives.

Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

Strong desire to succeed with a competitive mindset.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

No prior sales experience required; comprehensive training provided.

Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

High ethical standards and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Physical ability to work outdoors, walk long distances, and stand for extended periods.
