We are a national solar dealer. We utilize Freedom Forever®, Sunpower®, and Titan Solar® as national installers with several of the top regional installers in the country giving us a 40+ state footprint that includes Puerto Rico. And, because we sell virtually, you would have the opportunity to sell in any of these states.
Currently, I am looking for up to 5 experienced solar salespeople that can get up to speed quickly with the design platforms of our installers. I will show you how to develop a local or national team of Setters to produce as many virtual appointments a day as you can handle. Your job will be to create or submit the design and present it to the homeowner. We also have in-house Project Management to assist you with getting the deal to installation and PTO.
Our aggressive compensation plan features the lowest baseline PPWs in the industry. In addition to the commission on each sale, and depending on the monthly sales revenue you produce, you would be eligible for a bonus pool that could put you amongst the top earners in solar. There is an optional benefit of developing your own national sales team. This would provide you with bonuses on your teams’ production and potentially qualify you for a separate bonus pool. If you could bring a team with you, you could be eligible for this pool immediately.

We maintain a revenue share compensation plan with very low baseline PPWs (hard costs of installation). If you need to lower the PPW to a homeowner to win the deal, the Dealer, and in some cases the Installer, lowers their profit to allow you to still make a fair commission.
When building a team, if you bring in inexperienced salespeople you will NOT be responsible for training them. We have a top-down training program where your field reps will be trained how to sell virtually by our company. You can focus on money-making activities (sales) and simply collect the bonuses when your reps start selling.
