This is a job in the Real Estate which deals with legal/litigation/project management on different properties.

5. Must have background in legal (3 years minimum)

6. Constant follow up calls with companies and people

7. Must know how to get BID on projects

8. Complete property inspections

9. Property punch out lists

10. Ability to use Craigslist and other similar sites

11. Must be extremely organized

12. Must personally have a vehicle

13. Strong Trouble abilities

ABOUT THE JOB:

The job will be on a 1099 income. You are required to work 40 hrs/week.

Location: Tampa Heights

This job involves tasks that range from simple to complex

1. The starting pay for a Paralegal Assistant / project manager is $26.00-$28.00 per hour

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Making calls and follow-up with emails

2. Direct interaction with clients, calendaring and scheduling, opening cases, ordering records & bills, drafting letters,

3. Answering the phones, multi bids on real estate projects and sign-ups

4. You will need to get estimates for material/labor for projects, this must be made in an effective way to find the best solution based on what is needed each time

5. Negotiation of services contracts

6. You will be responsible for coordinating many different people such as architects, real estate agents, lawyers, maintenance/repairmen, technical support people, etc.

7. Manage contractor relationships and coordinate and monitor the activities of suppliers

8. Supervise refurbishment and renovation projects including maintenance and repair

9. Secretarial daily duties

10. Run errands: no task is too little for you (coffee, posts, mail, bank, etc.)

11. Keep paperwork such as invoices, contracts, bills, receipts organized as required

12. This is a troubleshooting job which means you must complete things on your own

SKILLS

1.You must be highly organized and detail-oriented

2. Excellent typing skills with special attention to grammar and accuracy

3. Available to address calls/emails as soon as possible

4. Ability to exercise time management and coordination skills - prioritizing multiple projects as is necessary is essential

5. Working knowledge of and experience in maintenance and property management

6. Working knowledge of procurement and contracts

7. Competent user of Google Drive and Google Docs, IT literate
