I am a busy real estate investor in search of a highly intelligent and sharp individual interested in securing a part-time position to assist with issue resolution and problem-solving. The role primarily involves communication via phone calls and emails, allowing for remote work flexibility.
The ideal candidate will excel in maintaining a "no drama, no issues" work ethic, demonstrate exceptional organizational and detail-oriented capabilities, and possess the ability to focus on work without letting personal issues interfere. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing communications—answering and returning phone calls—as well as handling various computer-related tasks.
Working hours will be determined based on mutual agreement.
