- 8+ years in leadership roles
- Experience leading a technical team. Strong preference to those who have lead teams in a network consulting or professional services business.

- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or demonstrated performance in a technical work environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate, present and articulate strategies across various audiences; sales, marketing, partners, clients, consultants, executive leaders (internal and external).
- Ability to work from a home office
- Willingness to travel. (Typical travel is under 20% and closer to 5%).
- Active DoD security clearance a plus
