Job Description The Benefits Verification Specialist enables access to therapies for individuals with treatable diseases by engaging with payers to secure financial assistance and reimbursement. This role involves navigating complex benefits programs and payer landscapes across the U.S. Key Responsibilities:
Enter patient data into the CRM system to initiate enrollments.
Review and verify patient insurance information.
Detail reimbursement requirements, including copays and prior authorizations.
Report adverse events and tag clinical documents promptly.
Identify and document ways to improve processing times and success rates.
Support new initiatives and process improvements.
Communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
