Seeking a full time bookkeeper for a mid size family owner commercial construction company. Full charge in person book keeping including AP/AR, collections, release of liens, monthly pay applications, general ledger postings, etc.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist with payroll reports for payroll company.
Assist with cash flow planning and control.
Reconciliation of multiple accounts.
Preparation of tax, WC/GL audit documentation to CPA.
Job costing/posting expenses and payables.
Quarterly Payroll Tax forms (941’s)
Collections, prepare and submit release of liens.
Certified payroll reports.
Assist in HR.
AIA Monthly pay applications (AR/Billing)
Required Skills/Qualifications
Experience in construction related accounting and bookkeeping.
Highly organized.
AIA pay applications.
General understanding of credits and debits, financial statements.
Knowledge of release of liens, pay- when-paid.
Account/Bank reconciliations.
Ability to make and receive collections calls.
Communication, computer skills (MS word, Excel, Outlook).
