Florida based technology contractor seeking a well-organized and motivated individual for bookkeeping and general office support for our growing company and industry to join our team! Position is full time with full benefits package.
Job Duties:
Invoicing
AR /AP with solid collections knowledge and experience
Sales tax monthly reporting
Accounting/Customer Service backup assistance
Answering a multi-line phone system
Experience Needed:
Five years AR/AP bookkeeping experience
Solid working knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, Word, Outlook.
Knowledge of Connectwise, NETSUITE, or similar ERP software is a PLUS
Highly organizational skills with ability to prioritize issues at hand
Positive attitude, and Problem solver
TEAM Player who promotes the abilities of co-workers and works well with others
