Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an in-house bookkeeper, who will oversee the company's financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable.
Responsibilities:
payroll
daily financial entries
Account reconciliation
Weekly and Monthly financial reporting,
pay invoices
preparing documents include annual census to file tax returns.
Maintaining accurate logs of our vendor accounts and contact information
Cross train as CSR to assist with answering phones, ordering parts, scheduling jobs and assisting in daily functions of business administration
Qualifications:
Three (3) years of experience in an accounting/bookkeeping role.
Working knowledge of Quickbooks or similar accounting software
An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be substituted for the above requirements.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidential information.
