As an HVAC Installation Professional, you are vital in taking care of our clients by providing them with new HVAC equipment and systems that deliver on their Heating, Cooling and other home comfort needs.
Deliver World-Class Quality Installations – Deliver an amazing system and install experience to our customers.
Test and Inspect Equipment – Show off your craftsmanship to clients and perform vital functions tests to ensure system is heating / cooling to customer’s satisfaction.
Advise on System Upgrades, Improvements, and Service Plans – Help inform customers on recommended maintenance tasks for equipment such as filter changes and how often those maintenance tasks should be performed
Important Experience Required:
Three years minimum of Installation experience.
Experience required: Installing ventilation and air conditioning systems in residential settings according to project specification and blueprints. Assembling and positioning HVAC equipment, including Heat Pumps, air handlers, Furnaces, Air Conditioners, ductwork, and refrigerant lines. Connecting electrical wiring and controls to ensure proper functioning of HVAC systems. Testing installed systems to verify compliance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards. Providing on-site training and support to customers on operating and maintaining newly installed HVAC systems. Collaborating with team members to plan and coordinate installation schedules.

Job Requirements:
These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position. Three years of experience in residential HVAC installations in Florida, or at minimum 30 installations.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to lift 60 lbs.
Excellent communication skills with customers and office team
Professional appearance and personality
English speaking required
Benefits & Pay
The pay range for this position is Salary base between $60,000-$80,000 PLUS commission, depending on your experience and knowledge as an HVAC Installer.
