What We’re Looking For:
Experience & Skills:
At least 1 year of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
Need to be a people person.
Proficiency in computer use.
Be able to follow procedures and be organized.
Be able to diagnose, and troubleshoot HVAC systems.
Personal Attributes:
Extremely responsible and motivated.
Open to learning.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Commitment to full-time engagement without other job distractions.
Requirements:
Clean legal record for the past 5 years.
Pass a drug hair test.
You have to have all minor HVAC tools, organized and itemized every day according to our checklist.
Must have a cooler with drinks and ice inside, ready to go every morning before work.
Even though this position is for a service technician, you are expected to step in and assist in any area necessary in the business.

A dedicated service vehicle for service calls that we clean out for you that you drop off on Saturday night and our staff cleans it on Sunday.
$2,000-$3,000+ pay per week. $2,000 per week is the minimum you make and have no limit as to how much you can make.
