PT Office Assistant needed

The ideal candidate will have to have prior administrative experience working in an office supporting multiple levels of employees. Looking for someone who is proactive, experienced, initiative, great attitude, willing to learn, and grow in the company.

Longwood area

Part time hourly pay is $18-$20/ Hour.

Requirements:

1 year of previous office management experience

Solid organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Very self-motivated and goal-oriented with ability to multi-task

Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)

Must be available 25 hours, 5 day a week .

Duties, among others:

Deal with homeowners insurance companies and adjusters.

Submit claims information/documents to insurance companies.

Send follow up emails, make follow up phone calls.

Follow up with customers & open claims to check for updates.

General office work including answering phones, email, filing, scheduling, faxing, copying, scanning, etc.

Update customer and claim files.

Assist upper management with various business-related tasks.

Report daily successes and challenges to Supervisor.
