Requirements:
Outstanding attendance
1 year of previous office experience
Solid organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Very self-motivated and goal-oriented with ability to multi-task
Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
Must be available 25 hours, 5 day a week, standard office hours 8:00AM to 5:00PM
Duties, among others:
Inventory, fleet maintenance, data entry, accounting support.
Answering phones, office floater support, purchasing and re-stocking.
General reports, email, filing, scheduling, faxing, copying, scanning, etc.
Update customer and claim files.
Assist upper management with various business-related tasks.
