Office Manager Assistant

Our downtown Orlando office is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager Assistant to provide administrative support to our travel agency team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent time management abilities, and a passion for travel.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to sales consultants and management team, including answering phones, managing emails, and handling correspondence.

Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.

Assist with marketing initiatives, including social media updates, website maintenance, and promotional activities.

Serve clients by resolving product and service challenges, as well as providing relevant product and service information that helps solve them.

Maintain a record of client correspondence and key account information.

Maintain client files and records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and organized.

Assist with office management tasks, such as ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and organizing files.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration or travel and tourism is a plus.

Ability to type 45+ WPM.

Ability to work Monday through Thursday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM or 11 AM to 7 PM. Fridays from 10 AM - 4 PM.

Proven experience in an administrative support role.

Two or more years of office and customer service experience is required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Suite and other office software.

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for travel and willingness to learn.
