### THE ROLE: YOUR IMPACT

You'll be the operational backbone that handles everything the principal agent shouldn't be doing during business hours, plus provides coverage for urgent matters that arise on weekends. This role combines high-level transaction coordination with executive assistance.

### PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

#### Transaction Coordination & Client Care (60% of role)

- Manage contracts from ratification to closing

- Deliver exceptional 5-star client service as an extension of the principal agent

- Proactively solve problems through direct phone calls when texting isn't enough

- Coordinate inspections, appraisals, repairs, final walkthroughs

- Chase down documentation, updates, and deadlines

- Communicate with lenders, title companies, other agents

- Handle client concerns and provide reassurance during stressful transaction moments

- Ensure zero transactions fall through preventable issues

- Handle MLS updates and listing management

#### Client Inquiry Management & Executive Support (30% of role)

- Respond to client inquiries as the principal agent via text/email using established scripts and AI tools

- Manage inbound requests from people who already know and respect the principal's expertise

- Assess client readiness and current situation through professional conversations

- Schedule consultations and property viewings for qualified prospects

- Make phone calls that require English proficiency and real estate knowledge

- Handle ongoing client communication and follow-up

- Manage calendar and daily operations

- Support content planning and market research

- Coordinate with virtual team members (editors, VAs)

#### Growth Support (10% of role)

- Research properties for content creation

- Support lead generation and follow-up systems

- Help implement new business development initiatives

- Occasional weekend coverage for urgent matters

### REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Florida Real Estate License (active and in good standing)

- 2+ years transaction coordination experience

- Exceptional English communication (written and verbal)

- Comfortable representing the principal agent in text/email communications

- Technology proficient (CRM systems, MLS, DocuSign, AI tools)

- Professional home office setup with reliable internet, computer, and quiet environment

- Detail-oriented with follow-through

- Available for occasional weekend work

### PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with high-volume real estate operations

- Strong phone presence and client service skills

- Ability to calm stressed clients and solve problems independently

- Familiarity with content marketing/social media

- Previous experience supporting top-producing agents

- Knowledge of Orlando market area

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

### COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

- Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually (based on experience)

- Performance bonuses:

- $250 per transaction over 30 annually

- $2,500 bonus when business reaches 40 transactions/year

- $5,000 bonus when business reaches 50 transactions/year

- Paid time off: 8 federal holidays + 10 PTO days (Year 1), 15 PTO days (Year 2+)

- Professional development: $1,000 annual allowance

- Flexible remote work environment

- Year 1: Master current operations, prove systems

- Year 3+: Senior operations role, potential partnership discussions

### IMMEDIATE IMPACT GOALS (First 90 Days)

- Take over 100% of transaction coordination (eliminate outsourcing)

- Handle 80% of client inquiries using established systems and professional communication

- Reduce principal's daily task load by 50%

- Implement systems for weekend coverage

- Support content creation workflow

- Establish communication protocols with existing team
