Timeshares By Owner is an A+ BBB celebrity-endorsed internet marketing firm that helps people sell or rent their timeshares without a real estate broker. We are a 25 year old company looking for a qualified individual to work in a fast paced environment performing basic office duties while assisting with daily tasks.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (for example- Outlook,Excel,Word) and Adobe Acrobat
Must possess excellent phone etiquette
Must be detail oriented and organized - this position requires the ability to multi-task
Responsibilities:
Perform confirmations of new client information
Handling customer service calls
Inputting client information into system
Answering inbound calls and routing to necessary department
Customer service duties with new and current clients
Other duties as assigned
Prior sales/customer service experience preferred
Experience in timeshare sales and marketing a plus, but not required. Bilingual a plus.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
