Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR) with some Accounting Experience

Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR), Accounting and Bookkeeping Experience preferred not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

1. Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly and professional assistance via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

2. Manage customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

3. Utilize QuickBooks and other accounting software to assist with invoicing, billing, and financial transactions.

4. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate records.

5. Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating service calls, and maintaining customer databases.

6. Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service to customers at all times.

7. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in a related industry such as HVAC or construction.

2. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers.

3. Preferred but not required: proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

5. A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

7. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to learn new skills as needed.
