Opening for Administrative Assistant
This position has been created due to company growth. We are a busy hardware supplier and service provider. Located in South Downtown Orlando. We are family owned and operated since 2013 and steadily growing. We have employees that have been with us since the beginning and have grown with us.
Monday- Friday 8am-4pm

Pay $17-22 based on experience
Duties:
Answering and directing phone calls
Walking projects to ensure work is being done properly and efficiently-will train
Permitting/Inspections-will train
Some invoicing-will train
keep office organized and clean
Must be a team player, as well someone who can work independently
Must pass background check
Must have clean driving record
Must have a positive attitude-no toxic personalities
