Start-up in the marine industry, selling carbon fiber items for yachts, looking for more than a sales man.
This is a one-man-brand at the moment, with strong leads to grow at fast-pace. In other words, you will be the only employee at first, reporting directly to the CEO, and with the target to grow the business this year, to hire more employees, and set up a team.

The package include a fix salary as well as an insentive on every sales AND an incentive on sales of the sister company having the exact same customers and target, making it an incredibly attractive package for the right candidate
Duties:
- Place orders for parts, manage the inventory and logistic, assemble productsetc
- Represent the brand at various events and promotional activities
- Conduct product demos and educate customers about the brand's offerings
- Engage with customers (BtoB) and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist with event marketing initiatives, including set-up and tear-down of promotional materials
- Collect data and feedback from customers
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to promote the brand
Qualifications:
- MUST have experience in the yachting industry
- MUST have experience in the yachting industry
- MUST have experience in the yachting industry
- Absolutely fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles preferred
- Ability to effectively market and promote products to target audiences
- Familiarity with social media platforms and experience in social media management
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing priorities
