We are looking for an individual to help in providing exceptional client service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk while maintaining warehouse-related responsibilities. We’re seeking candidates with strong communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team. Excellent organizational skills and a resourceful approach to problem-solving are essential for this role. Bilingual proficiency is required to better serve our diverse client base (Spanish & English). While previous experience is preferred, it is not a requirement.
Key Responsibilities include:
Administrative Support:
Managing schedules, appointments, and meetings for management or teams.
Handling correspondence, such as emails, phone calls, and mail.
Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
Warmly welcome clients and visitors
Maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
Operations Support:
Assisting with logistics and inventory management, including tracking shipments and stock levels.
Supporting equipment maintenance by coordinating repairs or performing basic troubleshooting.
Communicating with vendors, suppliers, or service providers for procurement and issue resolution.
Ensuring compliance with operational policies and safety standards.
General Problem-Solving:
Identifying and resolving day-to-day challenges, whether administrative or operational.
Starting salary $16.00/hr. This position will be full-time Monday to Friday from 8AM-4:30PM.
