Now Hiring: Accounting assistant/ Administrative Assistant
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in bookkeeping and office administration? We’re a based in Miami, and we’re looking for a reliable Accounting Assistant Admin assistant to join our team. If you have experience with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and general office support, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities: This role involves a mix of accounting, administration, and office support tasks, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities throughout the day.
Perform bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, account reconciliations, and generating reports
Manage accounts receivable and payable processes
Process invoices and communicate with customers
Provide administrative support to the president and assist with executive tasks
Work within QuickBooks to enhance accounting workflows
Draft professional documents and correspondence
Offer general office support as needed
Inventory management experience is a plus
What We’re Looking For:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
Experience with QuickBooks (required)
Knowledge of accounts receivable and payable functions
Strong background in customer service
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking abilities
A dependable and punctual work ethic
