Accounts Payable Clerk

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a meticulous Accounts Payable Clerk in Miami, Florida.If interested please email: Viviana.Novas@RoberthalfResponsibilities: Handle a high volume of invoices and ensure their accurate and timely processing Utilize our internal system for all accounting tasks, no use of Excel required Prepare and execute check runs, ensuring all payments are made in a timely manner Draft and manage subcontract agreements with subcontractors Create and manage change orders as per project requirements Formulate release of liens to protect the company's financial interests Monitor project budgets and costs to ensure they do not exceed the allocated amounts Use QuickBooks and other tools for account reconciliation and invoice processing Be available onsite from Monday to Friday for smooth operations and communication.Skills: Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Check Runs, Coding Invoices, Invoice Processing, QuickBookRequirements Proficient in Account Reconciliation Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable (AP) Familiarity with Check Runs Ability to code invoices accurately Experience in Invoice Processing Proficiency in QuickBooks software Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and within a team Able to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Strong problem-solving skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
