Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position in Juno Beach, Florida for a Project Management Consultant. In this role, you will be involved in the comprehensive management of assigned projects. Your primary duty will be to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and safety parameters. You will also provide support to construction activities performed by contractors or vendors at the project site.Responsibilities: Oversee the project's progress and ensure compliance with set schedules and quality standards. Engage in walk downs of planned work, validate the completion of tasks according to design requirements, and review contractor payment requests. Verify the feasibility of construction, manage resource allocation, and resolve any field-related issues that may arise. Coordinate project activities with an array of stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, regulatory bodies, local community officials. Assist in controlling the project scope, managing the budget, resolving technical issues, reporting performance, and overseeing the work-in-progress. Interface with landowners, local regulators, and state agencies to maintain open and effective communication. Reinforce safety procedure compliance, lessons learned, corrective actions, and appropriate work behaviors among employees and contractor staff. Coordinate activities or groups such as safety programs, engineering, construction, budget analytics, and contract administration. Interface with the project's designated management committee to ensure smooth operations. Undertake other job-related duties as assigned. Requirements Proven experience in Project Management is essential. Proficiency in Reporting and Analytics tools is required. Strong understanding of Compliance and Payment Processing procedures. Knowledge of Budget Processes and Quality control mechanisms is necessary. Experience in Scheduling and managing Project timelines. Ability to interact effectively with Vendors and Suppliers. Capability to monitor Progress and enhance Productivity. Background in Engineering and Construction will be beneficial. Ensuring Compliance with regulatory and company standards. Experience in Oversight of projects and resolving Technical Issues. Familiarity with Commission Functions and Expense Account management. Ability to develop Validation Plans and implement Corrective Action. Experience in Contract Administration is desirable. Knowledge of Cybersecurity measures and Interfaces. Skills in Resource Allocation and team management.
