Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Project Management Consultant in Juno Beach, Florida. The role primarily focuses on operations management within the special projects team in the construction industry. The successful candidate will play a vital role in overseeing project activities, ensuring compliance with budget, schedule, and safety goals, and liaising with various teams and stakeholders.Responsibilities: Manage assigned projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and safety targets Support construction work carried out by contractors and vendors at the project site Monitor productivity, work quality, and safety performance on assigned projects Participate in walk downs of planned work and validate acceptance of completed work against design requirements Review and approve contractor payment requests Ensure proper resource allocation and assess field status, resolving issues as necessary Coordinate project activities with vendors, suppliers, regulatory bodies, and local community officials Assist in controlling project scope, overseeing budget, resolving technical issues, reporting performance, scheduling, and tracking work-in-progress Interface with landowners, local regulators, and state agencies Enforce expectations related to safety procedure compliance, lessons learned, corrective action, and appropriate work behaviors for employees and contractor staff Coordinate activities or groups such as safety programs, engineering, construction, budget analytics, and contract administration Assist with internal and external teams to bring insurance claims to a close through workbook completion, answering questions or sourcing information from the appropriate internal teams, and driving to final acceptance/payment Assist the team in requests for information, tracking of work order and purchase order creation, and request for proposal packages Work directly with the Integrated Supply Chain team to minimize time between requests and overall bring deliverables to a close at a faster rate. Requirements Demonstrable experience in Project Management Proficiency in Reporting and Analytics Strong understanding and experience in Compliance Experience in Payment Processing and managing Budget Processes Ability to ensure Quality and Scheduling in project deliverables Familiarity with the software 'About Time' Experience in managing Vendors and Suppliers Demonstrable ability to track Progress and enhance Productivity Degree in Engineering or related field Experience in managing Purchase Orders in Construction projects Ability to Ensure Compliance in all project aspects Experience in Oversight of complex projects Ability to resolve Technical Issues Experience leading Special Projects Understanding of Supply Chain Logistics Ability to manage project Deliverables effectively Experience in Sourcing and Commision Functions Ability to manage an Expense Account Strong communication and leadership skills.
