Project Estimator II

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Project Estimator II in Juno Beach, Florida. This role revolves around the development of cost quantification and the provision of comprehensive CapEx models for project evaluation. The job function includes offering technical guidance, knowledge of estimation, market pricing, and staffing considerations during the estimation process.Responsibilities: Create comprehensive capital cost estimates Analyze designs and specifications, suggesting alternatives when necessary for cost-effectiveness Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient resource utilization and clear comprehension of project objectives Stay updated with industry evolutions and technological advancements to ensure capital estimates reflect accurate market conditions Formulate, establish and implement metrics for cost and construction estimate checks Handle other tasks related to the job as required Provide technical guidance during the estimating process Review and approve layouts, designs, and specifications for cost-effectiveness, offering suggestions for alternatives when appropriate. Requirements Proven expertise in Procedures and Check Processing Proficiency in Onboarding and Metric Reporting Experience in Staffing within the Construction industry Knowledge of Capital Management and liaising with Suppliers Ability to understand and work with Specifications Familiarity with Commission Functions and Onsite operations Experience in managing Expense Account for a Business Unit Capability to develop Validation Plans Understanding of Cybersecurity measures Ability to analyze Market Conditions and make suitable CapEx decisions Proficiency in Cost Estimate and providing Technical Guidance Knowledge of Market Pricing strategies Familiarity with NIS and Nerc standards Experience in managing Contingent Workforce Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
