Administrative Assistant (Full-Time)
Our company is currently looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position will play an integral role in day-to-day operations that require flexibility, organizational skills, is energetic and can maintain a positive attitude. Other skills include the ability to follow instruction, set appointments and relate to vendors and customers as needed.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Calendar/Appointment Management & Confirmations
Answer phones and take leads
Note taking for daily tasks and meetings
Pick Up business related documents when necessary
Greet Customers
Assists with time and daily management
Help implement policies and procedures throughout the company when needed.
Data Entry
Organizing, Completing & Sending Customer Paperwork
Must be able to multitask
Must have good follow up procedure
Maintain office supplies & areas
Qualifications and Skills:
Good written and verbal communication skills
QuickBooks software skills
Computer office skills including Google Drive and Excel
Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision
Ability to prioritize
Ability to multi-task
Be a team player
Construction knowledge - preferred but not required
Clean Background Check
Must have phone, Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
Bilingual - English & Spanish - preferred but not required
