Administrative Assistant - Plumbing Contractor
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Misc. Administrative duties as needed.
Responding to customer inquiries via phone/email
Scheduling, follow up, and Confirmation.
Billing
Work orders
Daily Time Posting
Working with Technicians to schedule jobs
Light AP/AR duties as needed
Filing
This position requires:
Prior plumbing construction industry experience a plus
Motivated, experienced, and organized.
Must be focused, daring, yet friendly on the phones. 100% customer satisfaction is always our goal
Excellent communication skills are a must
Strong desktop computing skills, including QuickBooks, Microsoft Windows and Office required
Must be able to quickly learn new applications.
Must be punctual, dependable, well organized, and comfortable in an active environment.
Must multitask daily office activities.
Initiative, follow through, attention to detail and independent work skills
Minimum 3 years experience
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
