Lex&Roses is looking for a Wedding Planner/Sales/Designer/Executive.
This position is for someone ready to work hard for a fruitful future in the wedding industry.
We are a flower company located in North Miami. Our infrastructure includes a warehouse, refrigerated truck, customer service, florists, drivers and extra help.
Our thought is to bring in a hardworking and smart individual to help us build our wedding department.
We will be serving all of Miami-Dade, Broward and West Palm Beach Area.
Description of tasks includes:
- Build and Design the wedding packages.
- Follow up with leads and potential customers.
- Network with wedding venues, planner, photographers, etc.
- Build the wedding package along with the florist.
- Oversee delivery and set up with the team.
- Deliver a 5 star experience for the customer.
- Build and stablish systems and processes to scale.
We offer base pay and 10% Comission.
This position will eventually grow to a Regional Executive.
