Front Desk Concierge

This is a Saturday and Sunday, 3pm-11pm, on-site role for a Concierge located in Miami, Florida close to Brickell. The Concierge will work at a luxury style, brand new Apartment building, provide excellent customer service to residents and guests of the building. Duties will include answering and transferring calls, welcoming prospective residents, announcing guests and deliveries, making amenity and elevator reservations, handling residents packages, ordering and stocking supplies and ensuring the residents have peace of mind that the community is well cared for. The ideal candidate will be poised and professional, have the ability to stay calm under pressure, employ excellent problem solving skills and be alert and attentive at all times. Previous front desk experience is a plus and a minimum of two years customer service.
