We are looking for a part-time front desk/Pro Shop & Sales Associate as soon as possible. We need someone reliable, energetic, ready to learn and computer fluent. You will be part of an awesome team! This position would be part-time M-F.
The Pro Shop Assistant part would consist of all the responsibilities below:
Assisting in the pro-shop
Greeting customers
Process sales transactions
Opening and/or closing the academy
Answering the phone
Using Outlook, Word and Excel daily
The Sales Associate part would consist of all the responsibilities below:
Properly and effectively using the necessary POS and CRM software
Educating customers about terminology, features and benefits of tennis program
Managing time effectively and working effectively with other staff members
Required Qualifications:
Experience in MS Office
Excellent written communication by email and verbal communication skills
Desire to work collaboratively with colleagues
High School Diploma
Preferred Qualifications
Fluent in another language other than English
Played College Tennis, National Junior Level or worked in the Tennis Industry
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Must be able to move around campus which includes gym, tennis courts, fields, etc.
Ability to work occasional weekends and holidays
