What You’ll Do:
Handle inbound customer service calls with professionalism and care
Perform basic computer functions—think copy, paste, type, and navigate
Use the internet efficiently to locate and verify patient information
Assist with quality assurance and patient data verification
Work as part of a supportive team in a structured, quality-driven environment
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills and a helpful attitude
Comfortable with basic tech tasks (copy/paste, browser use, simple data entry)
Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
