We are currently seeking entry-level Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about helping others, eager to learn, and ready to grow within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in representing our brand and supporting our customers. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Developing a thorough understanding of our products and services to answer customer inquiries and assist in resolving concerns.
Building trust and rapport through clear, respectful, and solutions-oriented communication.
Addressing and resolving customer account issues with professionalism and empathy.
Handling every customer interaction with a problem-solving mindset and a positive, can-do attitude.
Supporting sales and enrollment processes when needed by closing service requests or customer orders.
