We are a leading provider of construction notice and lien services across all 50 states and Canada; we are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our Customer Service Department. We’ve been helping clients protect their rights in the construction industry for over 20 years.
Responsibilities Include:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and care
Enter new orders, process revisions, and ensure all customer data is accurate
Learn and apply property research and data entry procedures to assist with order processing
Process and sort return mail
Perform general office tasks: printing, scanning, organizing, and filing documents
Manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet daily deadlines
Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure client satisfaction
What we’re looking for:
Experience in customer service or administrative work preferred
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
Strong phone etiquette and the ability to stay organized while multitasking
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email tools
Strong typing skills (50+ WPM required).
A willingness to learn property research and data entry processes
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Team player mentality with attention to detail
Benefits:
Starting pay: $17.00/$18.00 Hr
Hours/days: Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
PTO: 2 days after 90 days, 1 week after a year
