Requirements:
- Must be able to speak and write proper English
- Must be able to show up to clients on time
- Must be able to come prepared with basic PC technician tools when needed
- Must be able to provide documentation of your work eligibility in the U.S.
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have a car and be willing to drive to client’s offices VA/MD/DC
- Must have a fantastic customer service skill
- Must be able to be a team player and be able to follow directions
Your Role:
As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Providing desktop support in-person to client in the VA/MD/DC area
- Computer installation, diagnosis, and repair
- Troubleshooting user’s technical issues and problems
- Setting up network & Standalone printers and scanner
- Handling security and virus issues
- Troubleshooting Wi-Fi connectivity issue.
